Cats are notorious for their mischievous antics, from visiting multiple homes for extra meals to demanding affection and getting 'the zoomies' sat the most inconvenient times. However, one cat named Finn has taken naughtiness to a whole new level, as his owner's hilarious photo reveals.
On her 'My Little Houseboat' Facebook page, Finn's owner shared an image of something soaring through the air. At first glance, it's not immediately apparent that it's a pet. "No, that isn't a bird or a plane - it's my very naughty cat, Finn," she quipped. The amusing snapshot, which has attracted 32,000 likes, was captioned: "This summer, he learned a new escape trick. I always lure the cats inside with the promise of wet food when it gets dark.
"Finn gobbles up his dinner, then bolts upstairs, slips his paw under the screen door, yanks it open, and leaps onto my neighbour's floating home from my railing.

"From there, he saunters down my neighbour's stairs and into the freedom of the night.
"Sometimes, he just wants more food or treats. In that case, he comes right back and sits in front of the gangplank, just out of reach, until I shake the treat bag to get him back in (ensuring the top door is closed and locked!)."
Naturally, cat enthusiasts found the photo hilarious, but they were left scratching their heads as to how Finn managed such an impressive leap.
One woman commented: "Great picture! I can almost hear Finn's theme song Born to Be Wild playing in the background!"
A black and white cat owner wrote: "It has to be a black and white cat thing! Mine's the same; she puts me on edge. But if it's too windy or she isn't feeling like it, she will sit by the back door, happy to leave in all the cold! But as long as she's happy."
Another suggested a humorous nickname, writing: "Oh my gosh!! Scary but so funny. Animals are smarter than we give them credit for.
"Stay safe, Flying Finn, and quit giving your mum heart attacks. PS...the good old 'shake the bag of treats' method! We've used it often LOL!!"
Others proposed dressing him in "a little red cape on him," comparing him to "Superman" because he was soaring so high through the sky.
"Pretty impressive for a cat of his size," a Facebook user complimented.
However, unfortunately, some people didn't "find it funny" and were left feeling "nervous."
One woman expressed: "This makes me so nervous that he's going to miscalculate it and fall into the bay. I think I would find a way to fix that window so he can't get out."
Someone concurred, writing: "For safety reasons, you should just build him a small walkway."
